Q: QuestionIs this an appropriate protector for a mid-range level home theater? 55" OLED TV, 80W 5.1 receiver, PS4, DirecTV
Asked by Alan.
- A:Answer Hello Alan, Based on the devices listed I would estimate your connected load to be ~700 watts (if all devices are on and pulling their maximum required wattage, which is unlikely). 55" OLED TV ~100 Watts PS4 ~ 140 Watts Directv Receiver ~ 25 Watts Audio Receiver is 80W per channel with 5 channels ~ 400 Watts Total ~ 700 Watts This would provide you with an estimated runtime of ~16 minutes when the power goes out, though again this would be if all devices were on and pulling max power. You can probably expect longer runtimes if some of the devices are off or in a low power state at the time of outage. The unit also outputs a sine wave on battery backup so there would be no compatibility issues with any of your connected devices. It outputs power indistinguishable from your utility power. I think this model UPS would be a great fit for your home theater system. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Q: Questionusing with 120v 20 amp equipment, how long will battery last at full 20 amp draw?
Asked by tim.
- A:Answer Hello Tim, It'd be best to take the load in watts and compare that to the estimated run time charts available on the CyberPower System Website. The OR2200PFCRT2U at a max load of 1500 watts, for example, is estimated around 5 minutes. Thank you for submitting your question!

Q: QuestionCan this be used for a fishtank and how long will the battery last? Would use to power air bubbler, filter, and heater.
Asked by Nathalie.
- A:Answer This can be used to power any device that works with a standard electrical outlet. So, you can power a heater and fishtank and air blower. The amount of runtime you will get from this UPS is dependent on the combined power draw of all your devices. For example, if your power draw is a 1000 watts total, you will only get a small amount of time where it can power all of your devices. A heater is usually a big power draw. You'd have to look at the max wattage of your heater and assume that that will be the power draw of that heater. It varies a little bit but safe to assume that the heater will be the big power draw.
