QuestionUsing my EcoTank ET-2800 printer, it does not print or scan black but it does print and scan Blue. All the color wells are full, BK,Y, M, C. Is there a setting that I am missing? Thanks

- Answer Hello Dhenry. We want to confirm if this issue is also occurring when you copy pages. If so, it is possible that your ET-2800 could have missing print head nozzles. You can print out a nozzle check from the maintenance menu to verify and complete cleanings if necessary as well. QuestionI am trying to get inside of the printer, I removed the two screws but there is a mechanism for holding the top of the printer that I can’t figure out how to get undone so I can ope it all the way and access the inside, how might I do that?

QuestionI have an ET-2800 and my computer is set up wirelessly. When I select Scan on the printer it only shows "USB connection". Do I have to switch to USB just to scan, or how do I add my computer to the list of options. Thanks.

- Answer Hello Mary. The ET-2800 does not have an Automatic Document Feeder, so depending on the size, each page would have to be loaded individually on the flatbed. We recommend looking at a printer like the ET-3850 as it includes this functionality and will allow you to scan multiple pages at a time.
