Q: QuestionMy Epson died so I want to buy an ET-4850. I still have brand new ink bottles Epson 664 for color series and Epson 774 for black ink, can I use these in ET-4850?

Q: QuestionI need a printer that will print on glossy paper and paper as thick as card stock. Duplex, copier, scanner, (fax optional) Will this printer do that or is there a better one? It will be used for contracts and flyers. Thx

Q: QuestionWe are having issues connecting on our Eero mesh network. We have no issues with any other devices, but the Epson shows 4 (!!!) home wifi networks, so depending on where we are in the house it won't print. Any ideas?

• A:Answer Make sure you check carefully from the front and the back of the printer. Look for even a very small piece of paper that may be stuck. I had that happen to me once but I finally found it. Now my printer works perfectly.
