QuestionThe display screen on my XP-6000 sometimes does not light up when the printer is on. When it does, I cannot move the cursor to another function on the screen, like scan, or maintenance, etc. How do I fix this or do I need a new printer? Thank you.

- Answer Hi RJBR.Try adjusting the Power Off Timer setting to "12h." This will not affect the Sleep Timer setting which allows the printer to go into Sleep mode and turn-off the LCD. Questionwill this printer print without the Photo Black cartridge?... using Black, and 3 colors only.

- Answer Hello CMENVY. Yes, when a color ink cartridge is expended on the XP-6100, you can temporarily continue printing from your computer using black ink. It is advisable to replace the expended color cartridge as soon as possible for future printing. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
