- Answer Don't have an answer, purchased but returned printer (never opened box) purchased to replace HP printer was not scanning. Went online and finally found answers to why it wasn't scanning. Best Buy was great when I returned the product and explained situation.

QuestionJust purchased & setup was smooth but I can't get it to stop printing in reverse order. Very important for numbered check printing. I unchecked the reverse print in preferences, uninstalled & reinstalled software, turned everything off & on. Suggestions?
