- Answer The specs for the Workforce Pro WF-7840 indicate: "Copy Features Automatic 2-sided, Preview, ID Copy, Collate, Reduction/Enlargement (25-400%), Adjustable Copy Density". I found this easily in manual control panel.

- Answer Absolutely. I downloaded the Epson Workforce Pro WF-7840 printer software onto my laptop. Not only will it scan multiple pages at one time, this will auto feed sheets for DUPLEX scanning (both sides of the sheet) as well as duplex printing. The duplex scanning is especially why I bought this because I digitize all my records.

- Answer In my experience with Amazon Returns, there is usually a "Print" option with Amazon Return Labels, or a "Download" option for the Amazon Return Label. I've never had any problem printing the return label. I hope this helps.

QuestionI get an error message saying the 7840 can't print because it's not connected (USB). I've changed USB cables and plugged into a different USB port. All other USB devices work fine. Don't want to go wifi because the router is on another floor.

QuestionThe print will not print in black and white only in color. When it prints in color it's very faded and hard to read. All the cartridges have been replaced.
