A:AnswerFitbit has a wrist measuring tool online. I would have thought I would wear a small but I measured my wrist and it indicated large. It was a perfect fit!
A:AnswerIt actually does pretty well when you're walking on the treadmill. I have noticed that it is a little off in other walking situations, but treadmill with steady strides is fairly dead-on.
I don't know about wearing it in ways other than on your wrist. I haven't tried that.
A:AnswerIf it is from Best Buy, you can just take it in and say you are not satisfied and want one with more features. They will credit the purchase price toward the new one and give you a prorated credit on the time remaining on the protection plan.
A:AnswerThe Fitbit will record "steps" by moving your hands some. You can pick dominant and non-dominant hands in the initial setup. But FitBit states in their manual that they allowed this on purpose, because if you are moving, you should get credit for the exercise.
A:AnswerMake sure that you swing your arm as you ascend the stairs. Otherwise, it acts as if you just went up in an elevator or an escalator. If you slide your
fitbit hand along the railing, it may not register.
A:AnswerI'm not sure why you'd want to sync a step counter with a cycling app but it does work. I have 4 or 5 different apps all syncing together with the central hub where all the data is pushed and joined together being MyFitnessPal.
A:AnswerI have smallish wrists but I looked at the small size fitbit and just wasnt comfortable with how small it looked. I went with the large and im glad i did. Its far more comfortable and fits great
