• A:Answer Hi there, Vinnie! We appreciate you reaching out to us. We do not call convection cooking by any other term. We have an air frying feature, but it is not available in our over-the-range microwaves and it functions somewhat differently than convection cooking. We also offer our Advantium over-the-range microwaves which lists convection cooking as one of the 5 available cooking methods. While you may see slight differences in the dimensions between models, all 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. This design is intended to make choosing a replacement microwave easy. - This model, JVM7195DKBB, would be a fantastic choice, and would also provide you with a larger interior capacity than your previous model as well as additional features! When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket and hardware included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. Q: QuestionThe model number of our microwave is JVM7195DKWW so I ordered a filter for it. It would not fit in the front as shown in the manuel. It was way too short. The microwave we have vents out the front. Is there a different filter?

• A:Answer The microwave oven I purchased was a replacement made to fit a 30 inch opening and it came with templates and brackets for mounting. If you look on the GE web site they have filler kits to complete the install for a 30 inch microwave. I hope this will help.

Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model such as yours. • A:Answer I’m not sure what microwave that it is you are replacing. We just stepped up to a nicer GE than our first one. The vent matched up but the support holes had to be re-drilled on the top. We really like this microwave so far. Sorry I’m not more help. Good luck.

Those models are: PVM9215SKSS and PNM9216SKSS. - Models that have a little less cubic feet, but also have LED lighting for their cooktop lights are as follows: PVM9179SKSS and PNM9216SKSS. - We did want to also provide you with the following information about replacing an over the range microwave with another: All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. - NOTE: When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model.
