A:AnswerHi,
Good question! We thank you for your interest in this dryer and would love to provide you with an answer. Most electric dryer power cords are sold separately to ensure that they comply with all state and local wiring codes. These codes can vary significantly from state to state, and even, city to city. Since it is not possible to anticipate the final destination of a dryer as it leaves the assembly line and install the proper cord, the local dealer usually provides the power cord. Vent kits will have to be purchased separately as well. We hope this helps! Have a great day.

A:AnswerHello Nancy! We appreciate your question. This is not a vent-less dryer. This unit must be vented to the outdoors. You can find instructions on how to exhaust this dryer on page 23 of the Use and Care manual online at this link: https://files.bbystatic.com/HqfthAO2HPM4VEIbLJXrkw%3D%3D/ae7997c2-194d-4d9e-9c10-2d1142021472.pdf

A:AnswerThe default for drying towels is 53 minutes and they were completely dry at the end of the cycle. The wash cycle is different for different items but for towels it is 1 hour and 1 minute long.
A:AnswerI have washed a king size comforter in this machine. I think ours is quite thick and I had to run an extra rinse and spin cycle to remove some leftover soap.
A:AnswerHi there,
We'll be happy to answer your question! Yes, the dryer does use steam in the Refresh and Dewrinkle cycles. You may not be seeing the steam because the steam is added by spraying a fine mist of water into the drum. Reach out to us if you have any additional questions. Stay well! Mike@GEA
