A:AnswerHi JRS- The only recommendation we suggest on Refrigerator Installation Location and Temperature; It is not recommended that refrigerators be used in unheated locations, such as garages, porches, or unheated rooms during periods when the temperature is likely to fall below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Additionally, We do not recommend installing a refrigerator where the temperature will exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit. ( see below link for full context)

A:AnswerHi MJovan- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for your purchase! When loading the refrigerator in a moving van, truck, etc., it is best to keep it standing upright. If laying the refrigerator on its side cannot be avoided, it is important to secure the components inside the refrigerator to prevent possible damage. When using a dolly or hand truck, always truck from the side. Possible damage could occur if trucked from the front or rear. Should it be necessary to lay the unit down, lay it on its side. Thanks for checking with us. Enjoy!
