How is the flag attached to the raptor attachment ? null

After I had assembled the unit and realized it didnt mention when to put on the flag holder. I just took out one of the screws that holds on one of the sides and put it back together with flag part. I don't know if that makes sense.

It does not show in the user guide how to attach this, but if you attach the flag holder with the same screw that attaches one of the handles to the frame (Either side), that works pretty well.
