A:AnswerYes. You can always tell if it's a color printer because it will have color ink cartridges. Monochrome means it's just a black and white printer.
A:AnswerPrinter ships with ink cartridges that you have to install yourself. Make sure they were in the box with the printer. Should be three color and one black cartridges. As for the display, you may want to power off, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. If it still doesn't work I'd contact Best Buy and let them know.

A:AnswerThey are the same and have the following: Scan size maximum ADF: 8.5 x 14 in; Flatbed: 8.5 x 11.7 inches. The OfficeJet Pro 7740 can scan legal or even 11x17 on the flatbed. Here is a link to it:

A:AnswerThe two printers are the same. The benefits of the 9015e printer are different. You get 6 free months of printing and a 2 year warranty from HP. At this time, Best Buy does not carry the HP Officejet Pro 9015e.
A:AnswerThis printer comes with setup cartridges in the box. The yield of setup cartridges varies by model but tends to be enough to get the average user through setup and initial printing jobs. You can learn more about Ink and Toner by the model at https://bit.ly/3cQrnaN
A:AnswerHi Brian,
I don't really have an answer for you, but I've purchased 3 printers in the past 1-2 months and returned the first 2. I went up in price with each new purchase because the first 2 didn't work. I'm happy with my 3rd purchase (HP Officejet Pro 9010), one reason is because it scans multiple pages without manual intervention. It's possible that the Geek Squad or a computer whiz could help you fix the problem, but I can't.
I wish you luck.
