A:AnswerMy old HP OJ 8620 would print to pdf. You could put paper in the feeder hit scan and it would print to which ever computer I chose on the screen. For some reason I have not been able to figure this one out to get it to work like my old one. You can use print software thats included with most new computers like HP Print & Scan, Windows scan & fax and you can choose several options like pdf, jpg, tiff, etc., but to get it to scan like the old one I mentioned above not there yet. I will have to work more with it and see if I can figure it out.

A:AnswerYou have to have all ink cartridges in place. You can select to print black and white only and it will save the other colors. We have been printing on it for 5 months and only replaced tye colored inks once. USB is on the side
A:AnswerNo, the recommended monthly page volume for this printer is 2000 pages. I recommend the HP Pagewide Pro 477dw. This printer is rated at 4500 pages per month recommended monthly page volume. It costs about 1.5 cents per black page and about 2 cents per page for color(5% page coverage) The printer uses HP 972 or HP 972XL ink cartridges. Here is a link to the printer:
