“How can you stop the digital voice once you've already selected it? I thought it was only going to be a guide through set up and not forever announcing every volume and channel change. Thanks”

I had that problem years ago and had to call the helpline. The CSR had to get help because it wasn't straightforward. Call if you're still dealing with this. I remember wanting to throw my tv out a window, I was SO annoyed by that voice!
