QuestionI just bought the dryer. Sometimes the digital timer does not count down. For example, on the Quick Dry setting, it stays at 30 minutes on the display and doesn't count down. Is the dryer broken?

- Answer Mine counts down on the timed setting. Never used the quick dry setting. So idk if that helps. But I would call the geek squad to have it checked.

QuestionDryer shuts off mid-way through cycle, and “clean filter” light comes on. However, the lint filter is clean, and nothing on it when I check it. I let dryer sit for 30 minutes and it works again for a cycle or two, then does same thing again.

- Answer I think it's called a 220 outlet. If you go look at the dryer on BB website, you'll see that the power cord is a required part. Click on it and you'll see how the prongs are situated. QuestionMost dryers have a bottom door to clean the bottom of the dryer and around the lint trap area. How do you remove the front panel to clean out this dryer? I couldn't find it in the instructions and I couldn't find any clips, but I may have missed them. TY

- Answer Hello Justmez, Remove lint from the duct by hand and then vacuum the inside of the duct. Use hose extensions, if available, to vacuum out as much of the duct as you can. QuestionJust bought Dryer - does it have a drying sensor? Manual does not show anything. When we turn it on the normal cycle - says 50 minutes remaining and then it shuts off on its own after about 15 minutes....strange?

- Answer Having the same issue. The dryer is not running the full time due to the sensor. Clothes come out damp and the load has to be reset.
