A:AnswerMaybe fill it with hot water and let it sit for a few minutes. Chances are the float mechanism is stuck from sitting and needs to be freed up? I haven’t had mine long enough to see if will happen to mine so this is just a possibility? Good Luck
A:AnswerI’ve had mine for a month. I don’t find it too difficult. I wipe it down after I’ve made enough cubes, then prop the top open so it can completely air dry. So far, so good.
A:AnswerDo you have the extended warranty on it? We were told that it was a very good idea to get. We're in the 3rd week of having it, and I've noticed some quirks, with it, such as ice getting stuck under the pusher. What exactly is it doing? [email protected] is my email, email me back.
A:AnswerExact decibel level alternates. Loudest sound occurs when water level is low and the pump struggles more to move the water in the storage reservoir. (This can be mitigated by keeping the water level higher) otherwise it’s mostly ‘off’ or resting and only kicks the fan on to make ice. The fan is comparable to an older refrigerator as far as sound output. Hope that helps!
A:AnswerNo. It has a large and small cube size setting, however, place the finished cubes in a freezer zipper bag and hit against your counter a few times and you'll have crushed ice.
A:AnswerI've had mine longer than yours and mine died also it's dead apparently these things are not made to last a long time yours is within the one-year warranty I think you can try seeing how good they are.
