A:Answer If the red light is on, it need to be reset. There’s zero info in the manual regarding how to reset it, but I Googled and watched a few videos and found that if you unplug it, then plug it back it, stick your hand and move the gate toward you until it clicks. Then hold the power button down for about 10 seconds and that should get it going again. You may have to repeat this process 2-3 times before it starts up again, but it worked on mine.
