A:AnswerIt makes 9 cubes at a time until the tray is full or out of water. Are you saying it will make that 9 cubes and that's all? If that's the case, it needs to be fixed. Make sure the water is full. There is a 'MAX' line and you can see it when the tray is removed. It's not easy to see the word MAX but it there and if you have enough light, it'll show.
A:AnswerMost of the problems is when the ventilation is covered. Try to let the ventilation open and also dont turn it upside down to clean or so. It may get the refigeration liquid damaged or if you do let it rest for 12 hours before you use
