QuestionCan I connect two different displays, one with HDMI and one with DP into the appropriate ports on my JCD543 into my MacBook Air with the Apple M1 chip? I've already downloaded the new BETA driver yesterday. I don't want a duplicate of my computer screen.

- Answer Probably nothing it just doesn't does work well. I had the same problem I just when back to my older setup. I wanted to do 2 monitors and it just would open them both at the same time.

- Answer No, because the Dell Inspiron 5000 series does not contain USB-C ports, we cannot guarantee you will have full functionality of the JCD543. Instead the JUD380 would be a better choice.

QuestionDoes this work with a Lenovo Yoga 710-151-kb?

- Answer It will, but you will not have full functionality of the JCD543. There are the HDMI and DP ports under "or" which work off the computer's Thunderbolt 3/DP alt-mode capabilities and since your Lenovo model does not support such feature, you will not be able to use the HDMI and DP ports. Instead, for 2 HDMI monitors, we recommend the JCD381.

- Answer The JCD543 is bus-powered and therefore works when connected to the computer. Because the Dell model you have does not have USB-C ports, it will not fully work. Instead, we recommend the JUD380 in order to make a direct connection.

- Answer We do not recommend using converters for devices as they may limit the functionality of the hub. - Answer Because the HP computer you have does not have USB-C ports on it, we would not recommend the JCD543 as using a converter does not always work properly. We have other devices that will work and for that information, I recommend contacting the support team on the packaging and a representative will assist in finding you a device that will work.

- Answer Yes, both HDMI outputs support audio output as long as the monitor it is being hooked up to has either built-in speakers or external speakers plugged in. You can also configure audio to support multiple monitor output in some cases.
