- Answer Try another connection point. I bought one of these and it worked great for about a week - then it developed a "Crackling" noise every time I spoke. It was obviously a short in the cord somewhere. I had to return mine.

- Answer Because the JVCU100 webcam is plug and play, the adjustments for brightness and etc are to be made in the software being used in conjunction with the camera and not on the webcam itself.

- Answer Depending on how far away you are from the white board, will determine how well your viewers will be able to see what you are writin; however the writing will not be backwards like a mirror.

QuestionAre there any options for this device? The image quality is very tinted with natural lighting and the quality certainly isn't 1080p. The only setting I can find is a brightness setting through Windows 10.
