“Where can I go to read up on everything that the LG ThinQ WiFi feature does for this fridge? I know it also helps with Diagnostics for the Technician. Is there a fee if you call LG about a problem with the fridge using the Diagnostics feature?”

I doubt if there is a fee, however if something breask, as it did with me, good luck in getting warranty service. I was told none was available because it is a new model. I returned it to Best Buy.

I'm curious where that idea is coming from.
