A:AnswerHi Linda. What is the cubic feet capacity for your old freezer? The freezer compartment for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 29.7 Cu. Ft. French InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ Maker - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRFVS3006S has a capacity of 10.40 cubic feet. You gave two dimensions for your old freezer of 46" x 12". You need a third dimension (i.e Width x Height x Depth) to calculate the cubic feet capacity for your old freezer. Multiplying those dimensions together will give you the cubic feet capacity. When you measure the width, height and depth dimensions for your old freezer in inches, you will need to multiply the results then divide the total by 1728 (as there are 1728 cubic inches in a cubic foot) to convert from cubic inches to cubic feet...^IFV
A:AnswerIf you are talking about a door opening, yes, if you take the handles and/or doors off. The handles are easy to get off, the doors not so much. Ours fit through the front door opening of 34.5 inches wide with the handles off. That is 1/4 inch to spare so measure 3 times and be very careful. Our delivery guys were very good! By the way, we did take our front door to the house off its hinges and move it out of the way.
A:AnswerYes, but not a "pizza in a box" depth.
We have to unwrap/unbox anything to get it in the tray.
There is a low spot just beyond the pull out from the upper tray so things only about an 1" will fit.
A:AnswerWhen we first installed our water filter, we got water coming out the door so we thought it was working fine. Then I found out that the filter was dry(not installed properly). I read in the manual that it can be bypassed. So I guessed if the water filter is not installed you can still get water on the door. I reinstalled the water filter because we do need to use it. All is working fine now.
A:AnswerThe ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 30 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ Maker, Model # LRFVS3006D is a recently released 2019 model. It does not come with a Water Installation Kit, nor is the installation of a water line covered by the refrigerator's warranty. The Water Installation Kit is the Copper or PEX Tubing that has a 1/4" outer diameter that has to be used to connect the refrigerator to your water supply line. You will need to have a Shutoff valve that has a water inlet with a minimum inside diameter of 5/32" at the point of connection to the cold water line. If you have an existing copper water line and it has a flared fitting at the end, you will need to purchase an adapter from any plumbing supply store to connect the water
line to the refrigerator OR cut off the flared fitting with a tube cutter and then use a compression fitting. Saddle-type shutoff valves are included in many water supply kits. Before purchasing, make sure a saddle-type valve complies with your local plumbing codes. The shutoff valve should be installed on the nearest frequently used drinking water line...^IFV
A:AnswerHi there! Thank you for reaching out. If your round ice maker on the LG LRFVS3006D is experiencing issues with frozen balls of ice and not emptying properly, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Manually Remove Ice: Gently try to remove the ice balls using a soft tool or your fingers. Avoid using sharp objects that might damage the ice maker.
Defrost the Ice Maker: Turn off the ice maker and allow it to defrost for a few hours. This can help release any frozen ice that’s causing a blockage.
Check for Blockages: Inspect the ice maker’s drain system for any blockages or ice buildup that might be preventing proper operation.
Clean the Ice Maker: Sometimes, a thorough cleaning can resolve issues with ice makers. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions in the user manual.
If these steps do not resolve the issue or if you’re unsure about disassembling the ice maker yourself, it’s best to contact a professional technician for further assistance.
Regarding insurance coverage, this typically depends on the specific terms of your home insurance policy. Many standard home insurance policies do not cover appliance repairs unless the damage is caused by a covered peril, such as a fire or flood. Check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage details.

A:AnswerBest Buy will match the product prices of key online and local competitors for immediately available products. At the time of sale, they price match all local retail competitors (including their online prices) and they price match products shipped from and sold by these major online retailers: Amazon.com, Crutchfield.com, Dell.com, HP.com and TigerDirect.com. They match BestBuy.com prices on in-store purchases and in-store prices on BestBuy.com purchases. If they lower their in-store or online price during the return and exchange period, they will match our lower price, upon request. Their price match guarantee does not cover online prices of retailers not listed in the "Special considerations" section, products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites, pricing only available to select groups of customers including loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership programs and government exchange store offers. It also does not cover any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, Point of Sale Activation cards, video game discounts related to a membership program, voice-only deals, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by Best Buy or a competitor. The best way to show proof of price is to bring in the competitor's current ad or notify them of the website address of the designated major online retailer. They may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the designated major online retailer on a Best Buy device to verify the lower price and availability of the item. You can contact Best Buy's Customer Service for more details on their price matching guarantee if you have further questions...^IFV
