- Answer Hi, I bought this wash machine couple of weeks ago. I am not using the smart option. Wash machine works like any other wash machine. You don’t have to use this option if you don’t want it.

- Answer The door on the washer is not reversible. he door of a washing machine cannot be reversed to open the opposite way. The direction in which a washing machine's door opens cannot be changed due to electrical parts in the machine which cannot be moved. ^Daphane

QuestionThe power button on my washer works different then all the other buttons on my washer or dryer. They have a simple press/click of the button. But the washer, when I press start, it pushes in about 1 inch and it seems a little wobbly. Is that normal?

- Answer That is because it is spring loaded. Meaning that there is spring behind the button that keeps it in place against the front of your machine. When you push it in your button comes away from frame holding the button and seems to be wobbly. Push it in all the way and don't worry about the wobble. Be happy you bought a great washing machine too!
