My old NETGEAR would drop out on a regular basis...from my cable company internet/wifi service. This one does not.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using the EA9500 for about 3 weeks. I have had no problems with speed changing. I had to reboot the router once because the wifi signal failed. So far I have been very pleased with this unit. I have owned 3 previous models of Asus routers in the last several years. All of them had problems with the wifi shutting off for a few seconds to a minute. That was very aggravating.That is why I thought that I would give Linksys a try.

We have multiple gaming consoles, computers, tablets, and phones hooked up and often running at the same time. Connectivity speeds have never been better for me and I have not had to ever reset or do anything to the router before like with my old router.
