A:AnswerThere is no noticeable lag or delay, it's the same as having a wired headset. I use mine for shooters all the time and the sounds of the gun's line up perfectly with the images I see on my screen.
A:AnswerYes, the G935 will work with the Nintendo Switch while docked. If the Switch is un-docked you will have to purchase a USB-C to USB-A adapter in order to plug in the USB receiver that comes with the headset.
A:AnswerHello switch! You'll be able to use the G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset Wirelessly on the Nintendo Switch, but only for game sound, the voice chat will not work on the Nintendo Switch through the USB port unfortunately.
A:AnswerSorry to hear. If you just bought return them. There defective or at least sound like they are. If youve had them a little bit contact logitech. They have an awesome warranty exchange program.
A:AnswerYou can definitely use these for PS4 but you will not get the 7.1 surround sound as this is only for the PC. Also, the PS4 sometimes doesn’t immediately sync with the headset so you might have to plug and unplug the wireless dongle a few times.
A:AnswerI have a hard time finding headphones that fit well, My friend and I have large heads and many headphones make my ears sore but I can use these for hours and wear them for about 3-4 hours at a time and they are comfortable. They are one of the few I like to wear. They updated it and it is a bit tighter but doesn’t put pressure I actually like the tightness means they never fall off when I throw my head back in disappointment because I’m garbage at games.
A:AnswerHello LJSMEMA! The G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset for PC with LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting is a Wireless Headset, so you can connect its receiver into one of your computer's USB ports, and it gives you up to 15 meters of indoor range. You can buy a USB extension cable if you want to, something like this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/best-buy-essentials-10-usb-a-3-0-male-to-female-extension-cable-black/6435159.p?skuId=6435159 but it's always recommended to connect the wireless receiver directly to the computer for optimal result.
A:AnswerThis Happened to me the first day I got them. Try unplugging it from the remote and put it back in and make sure it’s all the way in. If that don’t work try unplugging it from the headset and plug it back in and make sure it’s all the way in. If neither one of those work( if it’s on Xbox) go to the audio sound thing and make sure the mic is on . (also try twisting the cable in the remote and in the headset)
A:AnswerThey dongles unfortunately aren't sold separate. If your G935 is still under warranty, Logitech may be able to replace it. In that case contact Logitech Support
A:AnswerThis headset operates best with the USB dongle provided, which requires PC driver support. Although a 3.5mm cable is provided for localized connectivity, it may not be long enough for use. A headset with Bluetooth support may be your best option.
