A:AnswerHello Goobies,
The Logitech K380 Keyboard will work with Nvidia Shield Pro. I have read on some forums that you may need to set the language of the Nvidia Shield device to English(US) when pairing. This is a link for the K380's setup guide: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/manuals/k380-setup-guide
Please feel welcome to visit the Logitech website if you need any product support.

A:AnswerHold down one of the three yellow buttons on this keyboard. (You can have one device on each button, for a total of 3 devices.)
This will make the light above the button start flashing.
Open the Settings app on the iPad.
Select Bluetooth.
Look down at the bottom of the screen. After a few seconds, "Keyboard" or "Keyboard K380" or "Logitech K380" will show up. Tap that.
You may be asked to type in a passcode on the keyboard to pair it. You will not see this on the screen as you type it.
After that, the keyboard will work with the iPad; if it does not, tap the yellow button that you used during setup to switch back to the iPad channel.
A:AnswerWorks Ok with my 55" UHD 4K 6950. If you haven't gotten your answer yet, you might try downloading the manual for the TV and Keyboard and see if you find it there.
A:AnswerIt sounds like your Logitech K380 wireless keyboard might be experiencing a technical issue where pressing the 'B' key causes it to behave unexpectedly. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. **Check for Interference**: Ensure there are no nearby electronic devices or objects that could interfere with the wireless signal between the keyboard and your computer or device.
2. **Restart Your Computer**: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity or software-related issues.
3. **Re-pair the Keyboard**: If possible, try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard with your device. Follow the pairing instructions in the user manual or from Logitech's support website.
4. **Update Keyboard Firmware**: Check if there's a firmware update available for your keyboard on Logitech's website. Updating the firmware can sometimes fix bugs or compatibility issues.
5. **Test on Another Device**: Try using the keyboard with another device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the keyboard itself or the device it's connected to.
6. **Reset Keyboard Settings**: Some keyboards allow you to reset to factory settings. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to do this.
7. **Contact Logitech Support**: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it might be a hardware defect. Contact Logitech's customer support for further assistance or to inquire about warranty options.
By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue with your Logitech K380 wireless keyboard.
