A:AnswerI bought this for use with a MacBook Pro. It worked well for a few days, but then started having intermittent dropouts in keystrokes. Unplugging and replugging in the usb dongle helped for like 10-15 minutes at a time, but no matter what port it plugged into it had issues.
The issues didn't see as noticeable or to happen often when used with my windows desktop, but it still did happen. Maybe my unit was defective, or maybe this is just a bad keyboard.
A:AnswerThat’s a bummer. I had that happen once as well. Unfortunately you can’t get a replacement. Each one is digitally keyed to the board. I wish it was just Bluetooth.
A:AnswerI believe it would work. It has a USB interface plug in and all your computer needs to do is acquire the software drivers to be able to accept your inputs from the keyboard.
A:AnswerCheck to make sure the battery is working they tend to need replacing every 6 months , also make sure the numbers lock is on. A greener light will display once it's synced
A:AnswerI have not run into that issue with my keyboards. When the Microsoft Keyboard goes south I just go out and buy a new one. I have not seen any technical reviews on how to fix this keyboard and if a key is broken I would recommend buying a new keyboard.

A:AnswerNo but it could be that there is some signal degradation. If you have the dongle plugged into a hub, try plugging it into the PC/Laptop USB port. Otherwise, try using the mouse closer to the USB dongle. There is a known issue with the right click buttons.
A:AnswerRegardless of anything else you see it truly is not. I bought it from BestBuy because its specs said it was. When I got it home there was no way to sync via Bluetooth.

A:AnswerI find that it matters what is on my desk in between the transponder and the keypad or mouse. I sometimes have to move things out of the way.
Also, when the battery started to loser power it was like that. I replaced the battery and it was fine.
