A:AnswerHi Bren, here the compatible carriers for the device https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. It would be best to choose a carrier and check if they have service in your area. Thanks -Erwin
A:AnswerOn my question I posted earlier about the battery being removable or not; one said no; the most recent answer said yes but the battery has a sticker on it saying do not remove. Do any of Motorola's other smart phones sold on Best Buy have a removable battery? I'm interested in a smart phone with a removable battery.
A:AnswerHi Baaraak,
Thanks for your interest. This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased.

A:AnswerHi Rick,
Thanks for your interest. Currently, our only available device that is compatible with Project Fi is the Moto X4 https://goo.gl/tSFSVe. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerHi Tom,
Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, Moto E4 is not Project Fi compatible https://goo.gl/6fZF5c. As for the memory card, you may only store apps/programs if the card was formatted as internal storage. Data files files may be stored on either internal or portable. Hope this helps.

I appreciate you have one of our phones. Moto E4 plus supports 4G LTE. How do you say that this phone doesn't support it? Have you checked if your preferred Network Type is set to 4G? More information would be helpful. Let us know how we can help you. Send us an email to [email protected]. Provide us more information so we can further assist you, thanks.
