Q: QuestionDo you have to switch the vacuum roller out for the mop pads or does it do it on its own?

• A:Answer Hi Zella, The Robot goes with Roller and mop pads together. Both can work at the same time. You don't need to switch the roller out for the mop pads. Also, the Narwal Freo Mate includes two roller brushes. You can change the roller brush in different conditions. Narwal Team.

• A:Answer Narwal does not stand behind their products unless you buy it directly from their Website. My Narwal Freo stopped working 2 days ago. Upon contacting Narwal their agent said as of September 2023 they will only provide troubleshooting steps if you don’t buy the product directly from them. $900 product useless after 3 months
