• A:Answer I am running a 7.2.4 home theater. I have a full Reference Premiere Klipsch setup and the Onkyo recognizes each speaker and presets crossover frequencies automatically IF you want it to do so. Otherwise you can do each manually.

• A:Answer It doesn't matter, use any output of your tv to conect to the system. Each input has a couple types of connections. Then conect to an input of your tv for changing settings. I recommend leaving it conected for a little while, you will make multiple changes before your are done.

Q: QuestionIf you own an RZ-50, does audio delay allow you go negative? In my receiver, I can select -5ms, -10ms, -15ms, etc. The (-) feature doesn't work. The (+) feature works. i.e.: +5ms, +10ms, +15ms, etc. Is this systemic in all RZ-50s or just mine?

• A:Answer i am not aware that you can subtract delay. i think you can only add delay. if you have a speaker that needs delay subtracted, i think the answer is to add that delay to all the other speakers.

Q: Question11.2 setup - not working. Tried as per manual where back surrounds go to external amp which connects onkyo via preouts RCA cable and height 2 to the onkyo internal amp's surround back straight. But thats not working. Please help if anyone has it working

• A:Answer you also have to select the 7.1.4 configuration in the receiver setup. after doing that, you can verify by using the speaker level setup that all 7.1.4 speakers are good. Alternate test is to use an Xbox, download the dolby atmos app and run thru the speaker test there.

Q: QuestionSome versions of DIRAC Live require an upgrade to cover all frequencies and capabilities. Does this receiver include these upgrades, not allow upgrade, or provide it at additional cost? What is the resulting level of DIRAC?

• A:Answer The units does comes standard with Full range Dirac room correction. It does not , however, come with Dirac correction for multiple subwoofers. You must step up to the RZ70 for that options.

• A:Answer I have no idea when it will be available. I watched for it to be in stock, especially when I knew other sellers were saying they were about to receive their shipments. Best Buy received theirs at about the same time. If I remember right the BB website changed the availabilty from "Sold Out" to "Available Soon". At that point I watched for availability multiple times a day. When I saw it was available I bought it. Be quick when they are available, it was only 3 or 4 days and they were unavailable again. Also BB gave me a pickup date that was initially 3 weeks out, but it was ready for pickup in 4 days. I have really enjoyed mine, good luck!

• A:Answer its rated at 120 watts but i read it measures closer to 136 OHM/channel. I don't remember the THD and truthfully if you are buying here you wont notice the difference anyway.
