QuestionIf you are all ready talking on the phone and another call comes in, how do you switch to the other call and then get back to your original call? Also, how do you delete calls that came in on CID after a while?

- Answer Hello. If you are subscribed to the Call Waiting service, when you have a second call incoming press ACCEPT to answer and to switch between calls press FLASH. ACCEPT and FLASH are soft keys visible on the display during a call. To erase a number in the redial list, we recommend you to check the steps at the following link https://help.panasonic.ca/viewing/ALL/KX-TGL430/OI/TGL430_PNQX7766YA/TGL430_PNQX7766YA.pdf#page=14. -G

- Answer Hello! The KX-TGEA40 cordless handset can be used with the phone system. We advise you to make sure that the handset is no longer connected to the other base unit with MENU #131, then connect it to the new base unit. -G

QuestionI have model KX-TGL432 (not the B). Have had it almost a year. It's been a good phone. But, lately having problems with static on the line and party talking to not being able to hear me, but I can hear them. Is there way to change frequency setting ?
