- Answer Hello, Thanks for your question. Sorry, QR798 can only cross a 0.79-inch-high threshold on the floor. You can add a ramp to help the robot cross it.

QuestionHow is it managing long hair if it’s all over the carpet? Is it able to suck it out, or hair just rolling over the brush so you need to clean it manually?

- Answer Hi, Thanks for your question. QR 798 has an anti-tangle side brush, so the hair will not tangle on it, but some hair may get tangled on the main brush.
