• A:Answer Hello there! The door can be reversed to open from both sides. Also, the depth with the door open at 90 degrees is 50.8 (In), door opening height is 46 (In.), and door opening width is 27 (In.). ^Gaby

Use a 4-prong plug for a four wire receptacle, NEMA type 14-30R) at a minimum of 120 / 240 volts, 30-amperes with three No. 10 copper wire conductors terminated with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with turned-up ends, or with tinned leads. • A:Answer Either your lint tray is full, the vent is clogged, the heating element had went out. I would refer you to your owners manual. And depending on how long you have owned it contact Samsung for the manufacturer warranty. Unless you purchased the extended warranty through Best Buy, witch honestly is a must when it comes to large expensive appliances. We have had ours for a few months and have had no issues thus far with it.. It's been the best dryer we have ever had.

• A:Answer Great question, Vj! Yes, typically electric model dryers will require a 240 volt power supply. This is used to power both the control panel as well as the heat source. However, gas model dryers generally only require 120 volts because they use gas to power the heat source, and only need electricity for the control panel. ^Jecca
