• A:Answer Go to Bestbuy store, they have plenty of it. It takes at least an hour to have it activated and switch your old phones information and number. If you have files stored on your old phone like mine it may take longer.

• A:Answer As explained to me by a Best Buy employee who set up my phone. Best Buy will not match the price because each provider sets their own price. So, depending on your provider determines what you will pay. I asked the same thing when I noticed the Note 8 cheaper on Amazon.

• A:Answer It seems you don't have an answer bc they don't want to bear the bad news. Simultaneous Voice and data right now is a no go, "still working on network to provide this" is what I get from them, but service is fast though and is constantly improving. The last phone to give Voice and data was note 3 due to the type of antenna used. The pre-order situation would require you to come out of pocket and after 2 months from activation you would get reimbursed for all the extra charges/ start seeing your savings to reflect offer. Hope this helps. I've been with sprint about 15 years, I guess they alright :-)

Q: QuestionSo the preorder discount/incentive is a $20/mo discount on 18 month lease with a new line of service, but when I preorder I am not given an option to chose an 18 month term? So am I blocking myself out of the incentive by taking 24months now?
