A:AnswerNegative. You can, however, use it to Skype or make other video calls provided you have it connected to your internet at home, a hotspot, or other Wi-Fi.
A:AnswerI don't know what the Galaxy 7 Kids Tablet is, but this one basically gets you to any website that a normal desktop can get you as far as I know. I've had the bigger tablet, but when it asked upgrade and I did it went haywire; the old one must not have been compatible with the new upgrade. I bought this smaller one after figuring I was using the phone for most of my viewing and that is a 4 inch screen. Good so far, but like i said looks to me it can be used for anything the web can provide. I think there might be parental settings. I'm enjoying it. Thank You.
A:AnswerNo, Microsoft Office comes separately. The only other difference between the Tab A 7" and Tab A 8" is the size--ergo, the Tab A 7 is 7 inches while the Tab A 8 is 8 inches--just an inch difference.
A:AnswerYes, it has the latest update for Netflix. I am able to download Netflix movies onto the Tablet and watch them later without a wifi connection.
A:AnswerThe battery length is not too bad. However, it depends mostly on how bright the screen is, what you are using it for, etc.
On a full charge, I can browse chrome and read novels for about 8 hours straight with more than 50% of the battery still available. However, I was mostly using this with the screen brightness set to 45% and switch between reading mode and normal mode depending on the lighting and activity.
While watching High Resolution videos on YouTube or other applications, the battery tends to drop a bit quicker. While watching a 30 mins video on YouTube, the battery dropped by 2%-4%. It is decent for casual use but I can't say much in terms of games (never downloaded android game on the tablet).
Regarding the Touch ID, there are no fingerprint scanner on this tablet so no Touch ID.
However, for the price, this tablet is excellent for casual use. If you are looking for more battery efficient and graphic power, I suggest going for a more expensive model like the Tab S2 or the cheaper tablet made by NVIDIA.
A:AnswerI don't think you can. First, it doesn't have the supported software built into it and also the display is different from the Note devices.
I tried to test out this theory using a Samsung Galaxy Pen from Note 7 (I missed that device) but the tablet didn't even notice it.
