Can't speak to other models but this one seems to work well, if not a little over priced not on sale. It has one spinning arm in the roof for the third drawer, one for the middle, and the water wall for the bottom. The middle rack adjusts up for bigger items. It's pretty easy to block the middle arm or the top arm if you put something tall in the bottom or third rack if you aren't paying attention. Only big issue I've had is WiFi function being pretty useless because you have to turn the washer on and press the smart button to let you control anything from the phone.

Improved product quality and diagnostic tools are the responsibility of Samsung. The low paid and learn-as-you-go service technician that show up at your door are the responsibility of the contracted third party service provider. Yet it is this third party inadequacies that spoils the reputation of even the best companies. I believe this machine is more reliable because it uses the best and improved features of the top of the Shef version eliminating unnecessary complexities. Be sure to install it perfectly level. If you prefer an extended service plan stick to a proven retailer with in house service capability. The cost of a 5 year plan should be close to 50% of what Samsung charges.
