A:AnswerI don't know about the display port, but for games this monitor is great & if your hardware is capable, the refresh rate is great.
Design, I wouldn't recommend it.
A:AnswerYes it can but id suggest separate mounts for how curved thr monitor is so they can line up better, a dual mount will not be long enough to do so
A:AnswerI think this is a valid monitor for the series x however it may be a little overkill since the series x is not EVER going to put out anything near 240 FPS. For a quality monitor this monitor is an easy choice and will be viable for years to come if you ever switch to PC for example or next gen xbox/ps. To sum is up you will be able to max the xbox series x potential for 1440p gaming with this monitor but you may want to save some bucks and get a cheaper monitor that caps at around 144hz. If money is no issue however definitely get this bad boy or the alienware equivalent if you are not a fan of curved monitors. I prefer this one for casual gaming since the contrast is much better but they are both great options.
A:AnswerBased on early reviews of the monitor, I strongly suspect they have a hardware issue and pulled their available stock to get it straightened out with Samsung. I'm not sure, though. The 27" version is available right now. None of its reviews mention the same issue, which just increases my suspicion.
A:AnswerThis monitor has a Max height of 23 inches and looking straight at it, it is 28 inches wide. I have mine set at a 21.5 inch height but it can go lower.
A:AnswerYes it will work. I have this card, or did until a few days ago.
Side info:
Its not that it won't work, and more of the RX580 can't support the refresh rates. If you're planning to upgrade your GPU later then sure, game on. I just replaced my rx580 8gb sapphire a few days ago with a 2060FE (my wife's old card, she got a 3000 series card) and while all the cards can do 1440p depending on the game, you're looking at low fps still with the rx580 in most games. Though from the perspective of future proofing which was our purpose, get it. Awesome monitor. Though be sure to ensure you'll have room on your desk or get an ErGear 22-35" arm mount. We got the dual arm mount for two monitors to have a small 1080p on the side for discord and such, but their single arm will work for the G7 alone with that's what you're after. I was concerned it would have issues with the weight, but its worked better than expected.
