A:AnswerTechnically, LED TVs are the same as LCD TVs. The screen on both is a liquid crystal display. The difference between them is that LCD TVs use flourescent lamps to light the display. LED TVs use Light Emitting Diodes to light the screen. They both, however, use similar processes for displaying images on the screen.

A:AnswerUSB on this tv only works with usb thumb drives. It should tell you in the manual what you can use. HOWEVER, a great option if you have a galaxy tab and want to watch you tube is a google chrome cast. Works great and easy to use once you google how it is set up.
This will also let you use a chrome browser on a pc without using any wires.
Chromecast goes into the HDMI port of tv and uses a power connection.
