QuestionSideview clarification pleaseIf I download Sideview to my I-Pad, will I then be able to type in specific web site addresses? There are specific web sites (eg European opera streaming site) that we presently watch on our current TV. We presently access the smart hub/internet via a wireless keyboard. Please confirm that we would be able to accomplish the same goal wirelessly using the I-Pad/Sideview approach.

- Answer The sideview app is mostly a TV guide. It has the option to use it like a remote, but I have found this feature doesn't work very well. The keyboard is only recognized in the AndroidTV OS part of the TV, not inside apps themselves. So depending on where you are trying to enter the URL, it may or may not work.

QuestionMirror link to Samsung devices?Will I be able mirror link to my pro tab and galaxy phones, or do I need additional hardware. If I can mirror link or miralink how well does it work. Does I take an engineers degree to operate, or can a trained monkey like myself easily navigate it?

- Answer Normal remote but you can get a remote app on your phone that will work. I use my Logitech Harmony as the remote for this tv. Since it's Sony, my Harmony also controls my PS4 and PS4 too which is awesome!

QuestionHow do I go back to run the initial set up, I skipped a few things and want to go backMy 4k sony doesn't deliver a picture nearly as good as the vizio I had. Is it because I skipped a setup for digital channel search at the beginning? The pic is horrible. I cant figure out why.

- Answer Hi there, for you to be able to access the initial setup screen, you can follow the steps below: Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [TV] — [Initial setup]. This will allow you to set the TVs basic features such as region, channels, and network for first time use. - Jerome

QuestionSet up questionWe have a pretty straight forward set up, a Comcast cable box and this tv. We were able to set it up and watch cable but the HD picture is not as crisp as our old tv. What could we have done wrong?

- Answer could be a simple short. change the cables out, try using a different HDMI input or output port, or try going back to component just to test the signal

QuestionI noticed the TV leans forward maybe an inch or so (pic included). Is it supposed to be like that, or if they didn't put in on the stand properly? Maybe it's the placement of the screw holes to accommodate wall mounting also?

- Answer I do not have this problem. Check the leg instillation and make sure the stand you have it on is also level. Some stands have small adjustable legs on the bottom or underneath.

- Answer Yes! in the settings. I use it more as a monitor for Netflix/hulu and gaming than I do for TV. A good computer graphics card should have a settings interface that allows for overscan adjustments that will be more precise than the tv one. Go to the device Manager to find out what your graphic card is and check for update drivers and software from the manufacture. Also a good HD add on graphics card is $40 - $60. Don't let a sales associate try to sell you a gaming graphics card ($100-$500) if you don't do serious hard core gaming.

Question720pI have installed this new TV and connected it to a Verizon Fios set top box via a HMDI cable. When we turn the TV on, the header which appears displays that we are watching in 720p, even though the channel is live full HD. Our Sony KDL 55HX729 in another room, connected to a Fios box displays in 1080p. Is the new TV connected wrong? Is there something wrong with the settings? or could it be the Fios box? Thanks for any help you might provide

- Answer Check your fios box settings. I bet it is set to auto resolution output which may select wrong resolution. Are you a hundred percent sure that that show is in full HD?

- Answer 1st. Upgrade the binary firmware on your router. 2nd. Upgrade the ANDROID OS it has an update for the WiFi radio on board the SONY Tv. 3rd. This SONY will conntect via 2.4 or 5 Ghz wifi, if manually adding the set to the WiFi SSID does not work try the WPS connect method, it works all the time. -- Lastly if you still cant connect the router that you have maybe? possibly? too old. I have had friends with 4+ years Netgear routers that will not connect to SONY tv sets. Hope this helps

- Answer Only if the game or movie you are viewing on the XboxOne is capable of output a signal greater than 1080. Not a lot of games will be outputting @ 4K however Netflix is and other video downloads in the MStore will have that option soon.

- Answer Yes, that was happening to us and it was getting worse. I unplugged the set for a while, and I guess something reset, because we haven't experienced it since.
