• A:Answer I don't think Sony Android smart TV has Google web browser. It has Play store app only. Samsung smart TV has Google web browser but doesn't has Play store app. It's suck right?

• A:Answer You may try Bose sound touch 130 or similar, I am using and its great. You just pair the universal bose remote with sony using the code and you are good to go!

Q: QuestionHi there, I am considering buying this TV. However, the TV will be mounted above the fireplace. If mounted, does the powerbank hide behind the TV? if so, will it cause any heating issues or discoloration of the paint behind the tv? Thanks, Sahil

• A:Answer Hello! I have the 65 inch model and the powerbank is pretty big. I'd say it's about 10 inches long and 3 inches wide and 2 inches tall (estimations). The powerbank does get noticeably warm during normal use, so placing it behind the tv may not be such a good idea if the powerbank is extremely close to the the back panel. However, the unit does come with a very long cable to allow it to be placed away from the unit if your space permits. As for discoloration, isolated heating will most likely cause more wear and tear on the panel. I wouldn't recommend putting it directly in contact with the tv.

Q: QuestionWe're considering buying this TV. We have an older Kenwood receiver, which still works great, and surround sound speakers. Would this TV work with our receiver and speakers?

• A:Answer Yes and no. Yes, it will work but no, it will not pass a 4K signal through to the TV. So if you are running outboard devices into the Kenwood amp via HDMI and then a single HDMI out to the TV, you will not get 4K. EVER. Your only option here if you want to keep the amp is to plug 4K devices directly to the TV and then run an optical lead back to the receiver. This makes for a messy setup for wall mounted TVs since you have to run a lot of cables to the TV, not just one. But its the only way to get 4K from outboard devices, like Fire TV, Roku, Xbox S and X, 4K blu ray player. Of course if you have no outboard devices and are using the Sony TV's built in apps for netflix, amazon, et al, , you should be good to go. .

• A:Answer I do not know of any TV's that come with any mounting hardware, let alone free. I would suggest a TV stand that incorporates a wall mount. The wall mount comes up from the back of the TV stand so the TV does not actually use the base, but rather attaches to the wall mount. Plaster walls usually means very old construction. I am not sure if I would trust a wall mount directly attached to such old studs.

• A:Answer Mix sources say different things...but from my research Dolby Vision is not on 900e. the HDR10 is....dolby vision will be an update on the 930e....we can only wait and hope they do it for the 900 series.

• A:Answer Since these are over the air signals I am not sure why you can't see them A. First try a soft reset of your TV. When the tv is on press and hold the power button for five seconds. Wait till the tv restarts and see if the channels show up. B. If above fails retry to search for channels making sure you set the selection to antenna and not cable. See if they show up. C. Before you try this step review on Sony's web site for exact steps. Hard reset - Unplug TV. Wait 2 minutes. On the back left are the controls. Have someone hold the (down) - vol and power button. Plug the TV in and it will do a hard reset allowing you to re-setup the tv. Try again to search for channels. If that does not work I would call Sony first to see if there is a resolution to the issue. These are suggestions only. You can also refer to Sony's contact center for exact instructions.
