QuestionI just bought this TV from BB and the antenna too. Please tell me how to scan the channel? I didn’t have a problem with old TV but I couldn’t find the Antenna channel scan nowhere. Please help

QuestionHi, I was told to purchase the Xbr75x950j and xbr65x950j by our smart home install company but I can’t find this model anywhere. Just the 950h. Is this a new model that hasn’t been released yet and if so when will this model be available for purchase?

- Answer Yes it does, It is the third HDMI port from the top down, it is actually a E ARK so the TV remotr will send a signal through the hdmi cable to run the surround or other devices if they are current enough, If they are not it acts as a ARK.

Questionwondering about picture quality...for dvd's, picture quality is amazing but on my streaming television service (YouTube TV) the quality is not so good. sometimes blurry and pixelated. Any suggestions?

- Answer There is a difference , the e ark allows you to control the device that is connected to the hdmi cable plugged into the third down from the top HDMI port, it is marked E ARC but after hung on the wall the print is facing the wall is why I am mentioning its location. If your add on device is not current enough for E ARC it will act as a ARC.

QuestionWhen I turn the power on the TV, it turns on but it won’t play directv now for some reason. The tv is on and all other functionality works but it the screen is blank when I turn on directv. The LED power light goes on but quickly fades to dark. Help!

QuestionMy 75x950h has started turning on in the early morning hours. Not every morning. It is random and it also turns on my dn1080 to insure that it wakes up every one in the house. This started after the latest update. No timers are set. Anyone have Ideas??

QuestionWhen watching a show via Netflix in Dolby Vision, will the XBR75x950H indicate via a notification that the program is indeed being received and displayed in Dolly Vision similar to my LG OLED? If not, how will I know if it’s is functioning properly?

- Answer You can open the settings using the gear button on the remote, and the settings quick menu will show you what picture mode is being used. It'll say Dolby Vision if it's being played in that format.
