A:AnswerDoes not have a built in flash. you can buy a flash that fits in the hot shoe on the top of the camera. there are different models and you should choose one that fits your particular needs
A:AnswerOn a traditional DSLR there is a mirror that reflects the image up to the image viewer and covers the image sensor until you take a picture. On a mirrorless camera there is no mirror so the image sensor is always exposed. On a mirrorless, the eye piece is actually a digital screen. There are pros and cons of both styles of cameras, please do homework before choosing. Good luck.
A:AnswerIf you are talking about the preowned market it’s a little difficult because mirrorless is still relatively new and not enough people have purchased them
A:AnswerThe WiFi upload feature is awesome! You connect to a wireless signal that the camera produces then open the PlayMemories Appomattox your device ( iPhone in my case. ). I always download pictures by date. The download speed is incredibly fast!
A:AnswerI bought an open box sony from best buy and it was in great condition. you got to do some homework to find out when one becomes available,
I went back several times to best buy and two became available. I told my pro photographer friend and we both bought the open boxed Sony
Everything was in the box.
A:AnswerI find it to be very user friendly. You will need to purchase a flash however the lowlight settings are pretty impressive. If you’re shooting with a tripod you can adjust your shutter speed and aperture to let more light in... if not you can brighten things up with the ISO settings.
A:AnswerPoorer Jim, I just saw the question because I bought the sony Alpha r711 mirrorless with lens. Do not know where you are from, but The North Haven, Ct store has it. enjoy and sorry it took so long.
A:AnswerFor the price you cant beat the A7ii. I am a beginner also and I can see growing with this camera vs outgrowing. Its great in lowlight and can give professional quality photos.
