• A:Answer The A7III has a 24mp sensor with 693 autofocus points. The A7RIII has a 42 mp sensor with 425 autofocus points. The A7III may perform slightly better in low light at higher ISOs than the A7RIII. The A7RIII has pixel-shift multi-shoot mode for added sharpness and detail when shooting still objects, etc. If you need the ultimate in resolution and plan to create very large photos, the A7RIII has the pixels to do so. If you aren't interested in the ultra-high image size but want a very versatile camera, the A7III is amazing.

Q: QuestionMy order got delayed, it says that I will probably get it by Dec 29. If It doesn't come in by that time, my order will get cancelled. I was wondering if I might get it sooner because I don't feel like waiting longer if it's just going to be cancelled?..

• A:Answer I work at Best Buy & pre-ordered the camera myself. I personally have the A7ii, and wanted to upgrade to the A7riii. I know that usually when you pre order items you get it that day of release. But for my camera I didn't and was told that when Best Buy gets the camera in stock they will fulfill my preorder. But that could take months :(. So I just decided to get the A7rii for now & upgrade to the A7riii later on next year. I just couldn't be cameraless for too long. If you are in the same position I would call theBridge and ask them what your preorder is looking like right now.

Q: QuestionWhat is the resolution of the EVF on this one? Sony updated the EVF of this model recently and some sellers name it A7RIIA to indicate it has the udpated EVF to 3.6M dots. Old one has 2.36M. It is not specified on your specs.

The main difference between the ILCE7RM3 and ILCE7RM3A is that the LCD screen has been improved with extra resolution, 2.36M dots vs 1.44M dots from the older camera.
