A:AnswerI am not having that issue.
I have the DH590 hooked up to a Tivo media box which is always on so that is the setting it starts with.
However, if I turn on my blue ray player the receiver will switch to that no matter if my receiver was turned off or on.
A:AnswerHi Joe, Yes, it does have Bluetooth capability. Kindly refer to page 31 of this link for more information:

A:AnswerHi Darccheker, It doesn't hold any discs. It is an A/V receiver. Kindly refer to this link for more product information:

A:AnswerIt should help if the question were to be read. I am asking why there is no signal from either of the sub outlets to other wise working active subwoofer (the kind that you plug into a power outlet and when you flip the switch a little red LED light comes on to let the user know know that is is powered).
I started the setup using the supplied mic to hear the speakers and recognized this time that there is sub attached too.
A:AnswerHi James,
No, the STRDH590 only supports ARC. https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/audio-components-receivers-amplifiers/str-dh590/articles/00012943

A:AnswerHi AuHunter78,
We do apologize for the inconvenience. The AV receiver needs to be connected to the HDMI ARC port of your projector. More details on the link below.

A:AnswerHi Gar, Thanks for your inquiry! The best speakers to use on the STRDH590 are speakers that have an impedance rating within 6 to 16 ohms. Hope this helps! -Sam
