“When I pre-ordered Resident Evil 2 at the store, the guy said the item will come with two things included at pickup which were the DLC and the SteelBook case. Now the site is not showing it. Will I still get the SteelBook when I pick it up from the store?”

Hello, unfortunately most likely you won't. I had preorder two copies of RE2, one sooner than the other (for this first one I did get the metal case) for the one I order later the website did not show it anymore & did not get anything.
