• A:Answer I have a Spectrum router: Aris RAC2V1A, with 1000 MBPS 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual band, but I only pay for 350 MBPS. This extender works well for me providing service to the furthest rooms from the router.

• A:Answer Not sure about the question. The TP-Link AC750 just plug in to the wall or power extender. The WIFI extender is setup in wireless mode, no need cable at all. Sorry if I cannot answer your question.
