- Answer Rese the network connections in your devices. Forget/delete the network connection and re-add or use WPS connection.

QuestionThe unit has operated perfectly for 2 weeks. I have just noted it is extremely hot to the touch.what is normal operating temp?is this normal?the front cover is extremely hot when you touch it. I don't feel alot of heat coming from the vents.please advise?

- Answer I am pretty sure the top bandwidth is 1GB^ and 1GB↓ I currently have a work setup in the basement that significantly improved the speed here but the internet itself isn't as quality as I'd like but the TP-Link improved the experience 10 fold. Speeds Before the TP-Link in my basement 200down 9upload ping 13 ~ 6ms jitter Speeds After the TP-Link in the basement 600down 31upload Ping 6 ~ 2ms jitter

QuestionCan I use this extender without a OneMesh modem/router? Would I still get seamless roaming and all the other benefits listed? I want to connect it to my ISP provided modem/router to reach the further end of the house. Thank you!

- Answer We have added this extender to the modem/router provided by our cable company. It completely resolved the problem of no internet in certain areas of our two story home. I did not have a clear understanding of the technology and it took some searching for specs on my cable provided modem/router. This extender is WiFi 6.

- Answer It works ...but after I got the new Xfinity modem it's actually really slow..after I unplugged it.. Xfinity was better. Upgrade the modem from Xfinity for free just call them..the new one has a huge range

- Answer If it's 100% metal (no gaps), you might have a Faraday cage situation, so you would probably need to use a wired connection from home to garage and put the extender in Access Point mode. If you have a friend with a comparable unit that you can borrow, it would help determine your situation.
