It shouldn’t be loud mine isn’t loud. As far as it getting cold I’m not sure how long it took but we had a problem with the ice maker I called Samsung and they came and fixed the problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It seems my fridge has an issue getting to temperature, the fridge won't cool below 47 degrees? It just seems to constantly run, hence the noise. The freezer works great! I am working with my reseller to replace the unit, I'm sure my reseller will make things right.
