“I don’t see in the description that the washing machine comes with a pan. Are these no longer used or just sold separately? (Is it better not to use so the feet are adjusted/unit balanced directly on floor because pans move and floors don’t?)”

Hello Joy99! The washer is not supplied with a pan. We do recommend the washer use the feet so it is leveled correctly. We hope this helps.
