• A:Answer You will utilize your existing deadbolt. The inside part will need to be removed to install, so not really just a stick on device, but is just a screw in process. The outside will remain completely the same. Batteries have lasted over 6 months. I believe I have only changed them once after owning for almost 1 year. Locking and unlocking multiple times every day.

Q: QuestionI read in a review where a customer said you can't unlock/lock this from anywhere. Is this correct? I want to be able to lock/unlock this from anywhere in the world. Is this lock able to do this.

• A:Answer Yes, this model specifically can. You can unlock from anywhere as long as the lock is connected to WiFi at home, and your phone is connected to internet to access the app. I do it regularly. Their newer version (the one that is an actual keypad on the outside of the door) cannot from what I have seen. Unless you also have a Wzye door (possibly the Pro only can’t confirm), then you can integrate that feature within the app.

• A:Answer I don't think so. Once it is unlocked manually or with code or auto unlock (works when you arrive home) THEN you can set a timer to auto lock. My timer is set to auto lock in 60 minutes.
